On Fridays and Saturdays, 30-minute sessions of breathing and relaxation exercises in the pool will be available for you.
Yoga instructor Júlia Suchá has prepared several types of breathing exercises for you, thanks to which you will support the correct breathing pattern, gentle relaxing exercises, thanks to which you will relax the often overloaded parts of the body such as the neck, spine and chest. By connecting the breath and a gentle relaxing exercise, you start the parasympathetic nervous system, which brings a feeling of relaxation and rest. You won’t miss balance work, and at the end you’ll have fun practicing finger movements to stimulate cognitive functions.
